1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe delivery.

Estimated delivery times:

Metro Cities (India): 3–7 business days

Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days

Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, courier delays, festivals, etc.).

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery location.

Free shipping may be available during promotional offers or for orders above a certain value (as mentioned on the website).

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your order’s progress.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

In case of lost shipments, we will work with the courier service to resolve the issue. Refunds or replacements will be issued based on investigation results.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be announced once available.
